By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Nurtured Steps provides childcare and early education services including day care, pre-school, drop-off care, and enrichment programs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of all required documentation including medical forms, emergency contact information, and signed agreements. A non-refundable registration fee may apply.
Fees are due in advance according to your chosen payment schedule (weekly or monthly). Late payments may incur a penalty fee. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and checks.
We require a two-week written notice for withdrawal from our programs. Refunds for prepaid fees will be prorated based on the notice period. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Children must be in good health to attend. We reserve the right to send home any child showing signs of illness. Parents must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
Children must be dropped off and picked up by authorized persons only. Photo ID is required for anyone other than the registered parents or guardians. Late pickup fees apply after closing time.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care, parents acknowledge that some risks are inherent in childcare activities. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We may take photographs of children during activities for internal use and promotional materials. Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed must notify us in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nurtured Steps operates. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
